During 2013, she also worked as a trainer within NGO “Inventive Center" project "Vocational guidance in Serbia", in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology Development and the Ministry of Youth and Sports

In 2014 Sara continues her career in the company for the assessment of solvency Bisnode, a company engaged in certification of the most successful companies in Serbia (estimated solvency), on a position of Consultant for certification.

In 2015 she joins Advance International as a Junior Consultant, concentrates on providing consulting services in the fields of Team building programs, competencies / personality assessment and training.
She is an active member of professional associations – Serbian Association of Adult Education Professionals.

Since 2015 - A&DC and Synermetric assessor (over 30 evaluated candidates for managerial position)
Since 2015 - Wilson Learning trainer in fields of communication and customer care and leadership for middle/operational management (over 150 training hours)
Since 2015 - consultant for preparation and realization of motivational Team Building programs (over 10 implemented Team Building events)
