In 2006 Dušan began his professional career in NGO sector (education of members in political organizations on various themes/ soft skills; projects of social responsibility). In 2008 he joined Advance International as a Junior Consultant, and after three years promoted to HR Consultant.
Focused on providing consulting services in the field of competencies assessment, personality assessment, training and coaching projects.

Since 2008 - consultant for preparation and realization of motivational Team Building programs (over 80 implemented Team Building events)
Since 2008 - A&DC and Synermetric assessor (over 500 evaluated candidates for managerial position)
Since 2008 - Wilson Learning trainer in fields of communication and customer care, and since 2011 Wilson Learning trainer in fields of sales and leadership (over 1000 training hours)

Since 2013 - Business Coaching (over 100 coaching hours)
