Corporate Social Responsibility

Responsibility is one of our core values.

We are committed to collaborating with the local community and fostering modern social values.

We view socially responsible behaviour as a fundamental business principle and we are ready to actively participate in various community projects.

We would like to highlight several projects we are especially proud of:

2015-2016

Inclusive Academy – Société Générale Bank

As one of the training providers, we participated in Societe Generale Bank’s project – a General Business Skills Program for people with special needs. For two groups of participants, we organized and delivered the training “Conflict Management Skills”. It was a wonderful experience, with a great atmosphere and the feeling that we made a positive contribution to the wider community and to the individuals we had the pleasure of working with. 😊

Since 2015

KADAR DA BUDEM KADAR

Since 2015, we have been collaborating regularly with the Career Development Center of the University of Belgrade. Each year, we take part in their excellent student business skills development program. We work with students on various topics—time management, personal effectiveness, and goal setting, as well as teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

We also participated in several other initiatives they launched—such as the “ZOOM Coffee Chats”, which started during the COVID pandemic and successfully continued afterward.

We are grateful to the University’s Career Center for the invitation and proud of our partnership with their wonderful, creative, and dedicated team. Through this exchange of knowledge and experience with University of Belgrade students, both the academic and business communities benefit. 😊

Since 2023

HR PRACTICUM for students

This program was created in response to the growing interest among University of Belgrade students in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Launched in 2023, the program provides participants with the opportunity to:

  • Gain concise theoretical knowledge and practical examples related to all key HR functions within a company (Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee motivation / reward systems, Employer branding)
  • Work on real HR case studies
  • Receive feedback from HR professionals on their participation and proposed solutions
  • Ask questions related to their personal interests and career aspirations
  • Get introduced to companies where they could pursue internships or employment in HR
