HR Consulting
For many years now, we have been successfully providing our clients from various industries with structured support in managing people and HR practices/processes — through defining company values and developing HR strategies.
Our expertise is based on an advisory and partnership approach to achieving our clients’ business goals, with full focus on ensuring that all predefined projects are purposeful and aligned with the organization’s needs.
HR Consulting is divided into:
- Assessment methodology for evaluating candidates for selection/development – implementation steps (Assessment / Development Center)
- Assessment model – Observe-Record-Classify-Evaluate
- Defining competencies to be assessed (desired behavioural indicators)
- Assessment instruments – types of business simulations (business scenarios)
- Report writing on observed behaviours / assessed competencies
- Feedback on observed behaviours / assessed competencies (DC)
- Structure of the candidate assessment process
- Candidate assessment for recruitment/selection
- Competency Based Interview (CBI) – interview structure
- Defining competencies and interview questions
- Defining the reporting format after the assessment process
- Role of internal trainers within an organization (what internal training is / why it matters)
- Preparing training sessions – structure, organizing content into logical segments, preparing materials, designing practical activities in line with the topic and adult learning styles
- Delivering the training (introduction, presenting/explaining, verification of acquired knowledge)
- Evaluation – assessing training effectiveness and planning next steps
- Corrective training / refresher training
Why HR Practicum?
The results of an HR survey conducted in May 2023, involving 135 HR professionals from different positions and with varying years of experience, showed a clear need for organizing practical meet-ups for members of the HR community—spaces where professionals can exchange experiences and collaboratively reflect on the current challenges they face.
For this reason, we are organizing a series of meet-ups for HR colleagues, and we are pleased to invite you to learn and reflect together 😊
What are HR Practicum workshops?
The four one-day HR Practicum workshops are designed to enhance skills, knowledge, and practical approaches in the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition
- Learning and Development
- Talent Management
- Employee experience
How we work?
Each one-day workshop is organized according to the following principle:
20% theory:
- Recommended models for a given HR process depending on the company’s size and stage of development
- Best practices for preparation / implementation / evaluation (prioritized according to the company’s development phase)
80% practical work:
- Facilitated discussions
- Tips and recommendations
- Practical exercises
- Designing solutions for predefined case studies
- Panel discussions with industry experts on the proposed solutions
- Feedback exchange
- Debate table
Follow-up after the workshop:
- Online follow-up meetings between participants and trainers
- Use of a chat group on the Advance International platform (participants/trainers)
- Discussion of real-life challenges, sharing experiences and practical business tactics
