Coaching - Team and Individual

Individual development needs are best addressed through coaching that is purposefully tailored to meet each person’s current priorities, while taking into account the unique context and working environment of the individual.

In our coaching approach, we rely on the principle that behavior cannot be changed by focusing solely on behavior itself – because behavior is influenced by multiple underlying factors.

To support sustainable behavioral change throughout the coaching engagement, we place special emphasis on the root causes that shape behavior (motives, attitudes, beliefs, emotional awareness, understanding relationships, etc.), using the Facet5 methodology – a globally recognized standard applied in many successful organizations.

Team Coaching

A practical approach designed to assess and understand team development needs, familiarize participants with effective group behavior, communication styles, and team dynamics, and build awareness of the importance of developing competencies that increase team efficiency and collaboration.

The program focuses on developing teamwork skills through practical application, setting realistic goals, and achieving them in the workplace.

Individual Coaching

A practical approach to understanding personal development needs and behavioral change, applying knowledge through exercises, and practicing new skills in real work-related situations.

Individual coaching provides tailored support through guided conversations, targeted questioning, setting specific goals, and defining clear steps for achieving them — with continuous encouragement and accountability throughout the process.
